Hey everyone I was looking at my bill for the Fall Semester and noticed that my Teacher Reduction was not included on my bill. I asked Dr. Parlo and she informed me that you have to fill out this form every year to get the reduction. I have attached to the link to retrieve the form, its the fifth one down from the top.
