That was an interesting article. I like the chart of how we can gradually move into doing inquiry labs. I think that is soothing to the mind for teachers who are more traditional to move into that inquiry- learning cycle mode. I was thinking of several labs that I do and I tihnk I am more in the 1.5-2 level. This is definitely something that I want to change and move more to the highest level. Overall, I was glad to see that they realize that it is a gradual change that needs to take place in the classroom rather than cold turkey if you want the students to get the most out of it and be able to stay in that comfort zone that many require to be successful.
